Our client, a major company with offices in the Redfield area, is now hiring security guards! If you are interested in working for a respected, growing company, this security guard position could be a good fit for you. As a security guard, you will be an important part of the company’s team, providing for the safety and security of the premises and personnel. Security guards are responsible for patrolling the property and inspecting buildings, equipment, and access points. Security guards also monitor access to the buildings and the company premises, as well as monitor the surveillance equipment and respond to any alarms or calls for service. As a security guard, you may communicate directly with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel, and you may, in some cases, be called to testify in court and/or interview witnesses. Another important responsibility is to maintain daily records, documenting the activities, including disturbances, that occurred that day. As a security guard you will play an important role in supporting the company as a whole.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintain daily records, documenting the activities, including disturbances, that occurred that day.
  • Patrol company premises, and inspect buildings, equipment, and access points
  • Monitor outside access to the buildings and company property
  • Monitor surveillance equipment and respond to alarms or calls for service
  • Ensure proper function of alarm systems, doors, and windows
  • Communicate directly with law enforcement, fire departments, and emergency medical personnel
  • Interview witnesses when needed
